Ken met his first coffee farmer in 2013 in Santa Martha, Nicaragua. He was lead to buy coffee seeds from Jorge, and start roasting, educating and selling roasted coffee in Omaha, NE. In 2018, we moved back to Minnesota and reframed the coffee business with the help of family. Therefore, Ruth joined the team full-time. We spend our summers selling and educating people about coffee at several farmers markets in the area. We also use environmental packaging and plant trees to help offset our earthly footprints.
